- All prices are in USD and exclusive of shipping unless stated
- Volume discounts apply automatically based on quantity
- No minimum order quantity (MOQ) on most items
- Product specifications may vary slightly between production batches; we maintain ISO 9001 quality control
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Long items (length > 100cm) incur a surcharge of $5 per 10cm over the threshold
- Bulky/light items (e.g. aluminum profiles) use volumetric weight for shipping calculation
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and DAP (Delivered At Place) options available
- Lead times are estimates and not guaranteed; actual delivery may vary
4. Export Compliance
Important: We comply with applicable export regulations. Orders to certain countries or regions may require additional documentation, longer processing time, or may be declined due to:
- Carrier restrictions (DHL, FedEx, UPS may decline certain destinations)
- Payment processing limitations
- Applicable trade and export regulations

- Accepted: Bank T/T, PayPal, Alibaba Trade Assurance
- Custom orders: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment
- Stock orders: Full payment before shipment
6. Warranty & Returns
- 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects
- Defective items: free replacement
- 30-day returns for unused items in original packaging
- Customer covers return shipping unless item is defective
7. Limitation of Liability
CYS Bearing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the order value.
